John Ainsworth serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for CULedger. As President and CEO, Mr. Ainsworth brings his wide breadth of expertise to guide CULedger’s vision of creating and branding innovative and game changing applications on a global distributed ledger platform for credit unions. Along with his executive team, John focuses on the company’s capitalization, industry relationships and corporate development.
As Chief Experience Officer, Julie manages all touch points that potential and existing customers and investors have with the organization. In addition, she manages all aspects of content, communications, customer service and motivating loyal customers on behalf of the brand. She also leads both the product and market strategies for the company.
Dante Terrana brings thirty years of financial services experience to the task of growing and developing relationships among industry partners and credit unions to foster the evolution of more secure and efficient digital solutions, leveraging a global distributed ledger platform. In addition to demonstrating the benefits of distributed ledger solutions to credit unions worldwide, Dante identifies opportunities for CULedger technology to integrate with existing credit union platforms and solutions so as to streamline the member experience and augment the security and efficiency of the institution.
Darrell is responsible for setting and executing CULedger’s technology vision, including building deep partnerships in the credit union and technology industries. Darrell brings over 22 years of interoperability experience in various industries with an extensive background in technology, leadership, high-performance team building, technology acquisition, and software architecture.
Prior to his position at CULedger, Darrell founded Continuum Loop Inc., which provided technology leadership services in digital identity and information interoperability. Additionally he chaired and architected an interoperability standard at OASIS. Previously he founded and operated multiple startups that served broad industries ranging from first responders, emergency managers, government, military, and corporations. He has led large technology teams operating in mission-critical environments ranging from high-profile corporate use through to creating and managing search & rescue incidents that have prosecuted over a million SAR incidents globally.
Darrell holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
As Vice President of Operations and Administration, Jennifer is responsible for directing day to day operations of the company. She also manages high level business administration functions including; Board of Director and Investor relations, Corporate Secretary, human resource functions and activities, as well as, serves as the key intermediary between leadership and outside vendors and partners.
